Balloon Care & Safety Guidelines
Once your order has been picked up, it becomes your responsibility to handle and care for your balloons properly. To ensure longevity and safety, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp edges and rough surfaces to prevent punctures.
- Temperature Sensitivity: Do not leave balloons in a car or expose them to extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations can affect float time and durability.
- Float Time: Our helium balloons have an estimated float time of 2-5 Days and may last even longer due to the special liquid treatment we use. (Latex and Mylar balloons have different float time) Helium balloons placed outdoors can last less than 24 hours.
- Storage: Store balloons in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight to maintain their appearance and longevity.
- Environmental Responsibility: Please recycle balloons properly and never release them into the air.
- Safety Warning: Balloons pose a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children. They are not toys and should always be used under adult supervision.
