​Garland Preparation
We take pride in our handcrafted balloon arrangements. Please allow a minimum of one hour for garland preparation if availability permits.

24-48 Hour Pre-Order Requirement
Orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours in advance of your pickup date. Orders placed under this timeframe are subject to cancellation.

Weekend Pickups (Friday-Sunday)
Weekend pickup availability is limited. If you require a weekend pickup, please email us in advance. Helium balloon orders can be prepared up to 24 hours before pickup (Weekday pickup).

Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from E-LayUps once your order has been accepted. If your requested color scheme is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order due to high demand, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.
