I am sorry, we do not sell balloons to be let go for a memorial. This is very dangerous to our environment. Please refrain from letting balloons go. Always use a balloon weight to keep your balloons from flying away.

Yes! our minimum delivery order for Helium Balloons is $150. You can choose local delivery at checkout. We also have local pickup at our Highland balloon shop or an option to pickup in Merrillville. Please reach out with any questions you may have regarding your order.

Yes! we love helium balloons. You can order a bouquet/ balloon directly on our website and schedule a pickup date at checkout. Please check our business hours to arrange pickup.

We can create a balloon garland in any color. You can order a garland on our website for pickup or you can submit an inquiry form on our website if you need us to install and deliver.Larger balloon garlands require an E-Layups team member to install - Chat with us via email if you have any questions. Each balloon garland is priced by foot and extra decor (Mylar balloons, props or chrome balloon add-ons)

Yes we can add helium to your mylar balloon, however our balloon artist will carefully measure your balloon to price out how much helium is needed. They will then present to the client the price before blowing up the balloon.Please bring extra incase your balloon is faulty (leaking helium or is ripped). E-Layups is not responsible in replacing a balloon not purchased in store. This services is only available during regular business hours. Please check out business hours listed on our website.

No, we do not add helium to latex balloons provided by clients. We will only do the exception if they are professional name brand balloons - Ex: Tuftex, Sempertex, Kalisam, Gemar etc.All latex balloon are treated with hi-float to keep them floating longer. (Prevents helium from leaking)

No, we will not be blowing up balloons not provided by E-Layups. Most images used on Amazon are stollen from professional balloon artist. Balloons sold are not what is pictured. We only use professional grade & biodegratable balloons for all of our installations.
