Hi there! I’m Elina — the balloon-loving heart behind E.Layups, your go-to for all things balloons and party magic.

I’m a proud Chicago girl (born and raised!) now sprinkling joy from my home base in Merrillville, IN.

My biggest cheerleaders? My amazing hubby and sweet son — they keep me going and growing while I chase my dreams in the party world. And trust me… with 99% of celebrations happening on weekends, they know that “mommy’s at work” usually means I’m knee-deep in confetti and balloons!

For the past 6 years, I’ve poured my heart into perfecting my craft — from tiny setups to grand installations, I’ve loved every moment. Helping bring your celebrations to life with beautiful, joyful decor truly lights me up, and I can’t wait to be part of your next unforgettable memory!
