- Once it's out of our hands it is your responsibility to care for your balloons.
- Keep away from sharp edges/objects.
- Never leave your balloons in the car. Heat or cold can damage the balloons.
- Do not place balloons under direct sunlight.
- Please recylcle once you are done.
- Choking hazard. Keep away from children. Not a toy.
We are not robots, we need at least an hour to complete a garland if available.
24-48 Hour Pre-Order
If your order is placed less than 24-48 hours before your pickup date - your order may be cancelled.
Weekend Pickups (Friday-Sunday)
If you order is placed for a weekend pickup we may not be available. Please pickup on the date provided by E-LayUps.
Confirmation Email
E-LayUps will email you confirming we will be moving forward with your order. If we do not have the color scheme in stock, or are not able to complete your order because we have too many projects being worked on at that time, we will email you cancelling your order and refund you.
Chrome Balloons
If your balloon garland is completly Chrome/Metallic additional fees will apply. Chrome/Metallic balloons are more expensive. If you need Chrome/Metallic as a statement on your garland (adding a few) no fees will apply.
