- You get to choose between an Effortless / Deluxe style

NO CHROME BALLOONS (EX: Gold/ Silver)
NO Printed (EX: Cow print)
NO Mylar balloons (Unless its part of a ready to go kit)
NO Double stuffed balloons (Ex: To create a custom color)

Our Balloon Garland Kits use nothing but the best high-quality balloons. They come with the necessary tools to build and install—no need to purchase a package of command hooks, fishing wire, or 260 balloons. We provide everything you need to install your garland in your desired spot.
A balloon pump is not part of this kit.
