- All Balloon Garlands/helium balloon sales are final and non-refundable once they leave our care.
- If a balloon pops or becomes damaged while in your possession, the client is responsible for purchasing a replacement at full price.
- Proper care is essential to maintain the longevity of your helium balloons. Please follow our Balloon Care & Safety Guidelines to ensure the best experience.

Garland Preparation Time
We take pride in our handcrafted balloon arrangements. Please allow a minimum of four hours for garland preparation if availability permits.24-48 Hour Pre-Order Requirement
Orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours in advance of your pickup date. Orders placed under this timeframe are subject to cancellation.Weekend Pickups (Friday-Sunday)
Weekend pickup availability is limited. If you require a weekend pickup, please email us in advance. Helium balloon orders can be prepared up to 24 hours before pickup (Weekday pickup).Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from E-LayUps once your order has been accepted. If your requested color scheme is unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order due to high demand, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund.Same-Day Orders

Once your order has been picked up, it becomes your responsibility to handle and care for your balloons properly. To ensure longevity and safety, please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp edges and rough surfaces to prevent punctures.
- Temperature Sensitivity: Do not leave balloons in a car or expose them to extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations can affect float time and durability.
- Float Time: Our helium balloons have an estimated float time of 2-5 Days and may last even longer due to the special liquid treatment we use.
- Storage: Store balloons in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight to maintain their appearance and longevity.
- Environmental Responsibility: Please recycle balloons properly and never release them into the air.
- Safety Warning: Balloons pose a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children. They are not toys and should always be used under adult supervision.
