USPS DELIVERY:

USPS delivery is only used for shipping DIY Balloon Kits. This should not be chosen for local delivery. Local delivery is only for deliveries that are near or around Northwest Indiana. When choosing Local Delivery, after adding your designated shipping address, a local town close to your town, or your town exactly will populate as an option. If your town does not populate and only USPS shows up, please email us at ORDERS@ELAYUPS.COM. There is a possibility we do not ship helium balloons to your area or the system is not populating your area.

Local Delivery:

Please see the list of towns listed as a local delivery option on our website. You will only be able to see this if your town meets our our (crietira?) designated locations?we ship too.

Keep in mind, our minimum for local delivery is $50. If tou choose this option without reaching out minium, we wil contact you to update your order for a pickup in merrillville.

Local Pickup:

Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp edges and rough surfaces to prevent punctures.
Temperature Sensitivity: Do not leave balloons in a car or expose them to extreme heat or cold, as temperature fluctuations can affect float time and durability.
Float Time: Our helium balloons have an estimated float time of 2-5 Days and may last even longer due to the special liquid treatment we use. (Latex and Mylar balloons have different float time) Helium balloons placed outdoors can last less than 24 hours.
Storage: Store balloons in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight to maintain their appearance and longevity.
Environmental Responsibility: Please recycle balloons properly and never release them into the air.
Safety Warning: Balloons pose a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children. They are not toys and should always be used under adult supervision.
